Shipping Policy

  • Carriers: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, Monday through Friday.

  • Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 9 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders.

  • Returned Shipments: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation. This process may take up to 30 days to complete.

Before initiating a claim, we recommend that you:

  • Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the package.

  • Look around your property or mailbox area.

  • Contact your local post office or UPS location for more information.

If the investigation confirms the package was lost or misdelivered, we will either replace your items (if still available) or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
